Introduction
This semi-automatic servo pin press adopts a high-precision servo motor drive system, with closed-loop force and position real-time monitoring. It realizes precise pin pressing, riveting and press-fitting of metal pins, terminals and connectors. Compared with pneumatic and ordinary hydraulic presses, it features controllable pressing speed, adjustable pressure, real-time curve recording, over-pressure protection and position alarm. It is widely used in automotive electronics, new energy components, PCB boards, wire harness connectors, precision plastic parts and hardware assembly.
Operators load workpieces manually; the machine automatically completes pressing, data storage and NG judgment. It supports data export for traceability, which meets the quality control requirements of mass precision assembly.
