Introduction
This dual-station rotary servo riveting machine is customized for brushless motor assembly. It uses a rotary indexing table to realize two-station cyclic operation: one station for manual or automatic loading/unloading, and the other for servo riveting. It improves production efficiency by eliminating waiting time during part loading.
Equipped with a servo riveting unit with closed-loop force and position control, it monitors the full riveting cycle, records force-displacement curves, and automatically judges OK/NG products. Product parameter recipes can be saved for different brushless motor models. The rotary indexing mechanism is precise and stable, suitable for mass assembly of brushless motors used in automotive, power tools and home appliances.
