Introduction
The KST metering valve is a precision pneumatic dispensing valve designed for quantitative grease and high-viscosity fluid injection. It is commonly matched with the KST electric grease dispenser to form a complete lubrication dosing system.
By adjusting the internal piston stroke, users can set fixed shot volume for each cycle. It delivers stable dispensing volume with high repeat accuracy, effectively avoiding inconsistent grease output caused by pressure fluctuation. Widely adopted in bearing assembly, automotive parts, motor and electronic component lubrication, as well as press-fit automation stations. It supports integration with PLC and touchscreen for automatic cycle control on production lines.
