Product Introduction
C-frame Vertical Servo Press, also known as C-gap vertical servo press, adopts a rigid C-shaped one-piece frame structure with vertical servo drive system. The open C structure provides three-side access for loading, unloading and fixture setup, which is convenient for integration with manual workstation, rotary fixture and automatic production line.
Driven by high-response servo motor + precision ball screw (electromechanical type, no hydraulic oil), the machine realizes closed-loop real-time control of force, position, speed and holding time. It supports multi working modes: constant pressure mode, constant position mode, position-force monitoring mode, curve pressing mode. During pressing process, the system records force-displacement curve for quality traceability, over-travel and over-load protection.
