Introduction
This horizontal double-head servo riveting machine adopts a horizontal layout with two independent servo riveting units. It performs synchronous or asynchronous riveting on both sides of workpieces. Controlled by closed-loop servo systems, it precisely regulates riveting force, displacement, speed and holding time.
It is suitable for parts requiring double-sided riveting at the same time, avoiding workpiece deformation caused by single-side offset force. Force-displacement curves are recorded in real time for quality judgment and data traceability. It can be equipped with automatic feeding, positioning and clamping modules, widely used in automotive parts, hardware hinges, connecting rods and structural component riveting.
