Introduction
This transverse feeding guide tube is an automatic pin/rod feeding module matched with servo pin press machines. It adopts servo transverse shifting structure and built-in automatic feeding mechanism to realize horizontal material transfer, positioning and continuous pin delivery.
With sensors for material shortage, jamming and in-place detection, it communicates with the host PLC to synchronize feeding and pressing cycles. The guide tube ensures straight material travel, reduces pin bending and jamming. It is widely integrated into pin pressing, riveting and automatic assembly stations for connectors, electronics and automotive components, replacing manual loading to boost cycle efficiency.
